Providing Hatha and Yin Yoga classes in Lagoa and Ferragudo in the West-Algarve, Ishani Yoga is there for you. Whether you have prior yoga experience or not, whether you are young or not anymore, whether you are flexible or want to be, whether you are healthy or unfortunately not, please get in touch and book your (private) class. 

Lessons are in English, Dutch or German, with when necessary

guidance in Portuguese.
