General Conditions

1. Booking
Your booking is considered definite when we have received your completed registration form and a deposit of 50%. By paying you accept these General Conditions.

 

2. Payment
The price is in Euros and the balance will have to be paid before dinner on the first day of your retreat. Payment can be done by bank transfer (please have proof with you) or in cash on the day.

 

3. Your Travel
All travel arrangements are your own responsibility and at your own cost; this includes transfers to/from the retreat, unless otherwise specified.

 

4. Your Insurance
If you decide to buy travel insurance and/or cancellation insurance then check if the activities of your retreat are covered. Bring the policy with you in case of emergency.

 

5. Medical disclaimer
The activities as we offer them are intended as leisure activities and not as a replacement for medically necessary treatments or therapy. Always discuss physical and/or psychological complaints with a qualified doctor.
Always tell the teacher whether you have a physical complaint before the class or activity. The teacher may be able to adjust the programme accordingly or give person-oriented exercises.
Don't force anything and take physical complaints seriously.

 

6. Cancellation by you
You may cancel your booking at any time in writing. If the cancellation is made less than 5 weeks before the start of your retreat, we can keep your deposit.

 

7. Cancellation by us
We reserve the right to cancel your retreat if there are good reasons to do so, including insufficient participants, illness of a teacher or force majeure. In the event of cancellation by us, the participant is entitled to a refund of the course fee already paid. The participant is not entitled to any other compensation or damages.


8. Liability
We will ensure a good and orderly course of the retreats.
Participation is entirely at your own risk. We are not liable for injury and/or damage of any kind neither as a result of the participant’s stay and/or activities, nor for loss or damage to property.

 

9. Complaints
If you have a problem during your retreat, please inform one of the teachers immediately and she will endeavour to put things right.
