Please note:
- The beach class in Carvoeiro will resume in spring 2024.
- For the online classes you will be sent a ZOOM-link via email 10 minutes before the class. Please contact us for a technical try out.
- The buildings in Portugal are rather cold in winter, please wear enough warm layers and socks, especially for the final relaxation, and bring a blanket.
Extra information:
- Limited spaces available, please book here in advance or use the lists at the venues.
- If you don´t have your own mat, you can book one.
- It is best to wear comfortable (and in winter warm) clothes.
- Try not to have a meal less than an hour before class.
- Please be present 5 - 10 minutes before the class starts.
