Who can do Hatha Yoga?

Everyone can do Hatha Yoga. Each person works to their own level, respecting and accepting the way their body is and what it’s capable of. Individual guidance, therefore, is all important and so Andrea believes in teaching only small groups.

 

Not everyone is immediately able to do the poses so when necessary Andrea helps by modifying these enabling her students to work gradually towards their goals while still benefiting.

 

Obtaining the best results in yoga means ensuring everyone practising achieves the correct alignment. Working in small groups gives Andrea the opportunity to correct alignments and this also prevents injury. As soon as a class is attended by more than 8 people on a regular basis, she will schedule an extra class.
