Introduction Course

The Hatha Yoga Introduction Course is for people who are new to yoga.

 

In five weekly lessons we will work on the most important elements of Hatha Yoga. The goal is to give beginning yoga practitioners enough knowledge and experience to be able to attend the Hatha Yoga and/or Gentle Yoga Classes comfortably after the course.

 

Introduction Courses are held all year round. As soon as four people are interested, Andrea will contact them and schedule the course. So please send a message if you would like to attend the next or future course.

 

In short:

  • 5 weekly lessons;
  • for people who are new to yoga;
  • yoga mats and blankets will be provided.

Location of the course is Vale d´Oiveiras. Other venues on request.
